Olivia Dove is currently the Head of HR at The Green House Growers since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Business Partner at dmg events from November 2021 to October 2022. Before that, they held multiple roles at Waitrose & Partners, including Team Manager from January 2021 to November 2021, Assistant Team Manager from March 2020 to January 2021, and Assistant Team Manager from September 2019 to March 2020. Olivia's early work experience includes being a Foodhall Operations Assistant at John Lewis & Partners from November 2015 to September 2019, and a Customer Service Assistant at Waitrose & Partners from December 2013 to June 2015.

Olivia Dove Assoc CIPD holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Management with a focus on Human Resource Management from the same institution between 2015 and 2018. Olivia also has additional certifications in CIPD from CIPD and First Aid from the British Red Cross.
