Terri Davis is an experienced customer relationship manager with a strong background in educational travel and communication. Currently serving at The Great Courses by The Teaching Company since July 2015, Terri excels in managing inbound customer communications, resolving service issues, and enhancing revenue in a dynamic sales environment. From January 1989 to November 2014, Terri held the position of Personnel Director for The Sound of America and Tour Coordinator for Educational Travel Experiences, showcasing skills in tour planning, recruitment, fundraising, and leadership. Terri holds a Bachelor's degree in French Literature with a minor in History from the University of Delaware, along with academic experience at Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III.
