Katharine Haley is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and employee engagement, currently serving as a Talent Engagement Partner at The Granite YMCA since September 2018. In this role, Katharine focuses on talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, and employer branding. Prior experience includes serving as School Age Director at The Granite YMCA, overseeing multiple program locations and managing staff, community communication, programming, and budgeting. Previously, Katharine held various roles at the YMCA of Central Massachusetts, including Aquatics Director, where oversight of an indoor pool involved managing staffing, programming, and member engagement for large swim lesson enrollments. Katharine began the career at Westboro Tennis and Swim Club as a Swim Team Coach. Katharine earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from Plymouth State University in 2013.
