Kristy Reilly is an experienced educational consultant currently working at RYE Consulting since May 2020 and at The Graide Network as Assignment Operations Manager since February 2019. At The Graide Network, Kristy manages assignment quality and delivery, coaches Graiders, leads assessment projects for district clients, and develops training materials. Previously, Kristy served as Director of Special Education Services at Legal Prep Charter Academy, where responsibilities included coaching special education teachers and managing IEP compliance. Kristy has also held teaching positions at Chicago Public Schools, focusing on secondary science education, and participated as a Teach For America Corps Member. Kristy holds a Learning Behavior Specialist 1 degree and a Master's of Arts in Teaching from Dominican University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Allied Medical Professions from The Ohio State University.
