Rishan Goonetilleke is an experienced professional in sustainability and operations management, currently serving as the Sustainability Project Operations Manager at The GPT Group since February 2023. Prior to this role, Rishan held several management positions at Garlock Family of Companies from August 2011 to December 2022, including Business Operations Manager, Engineering & Commercial Manager, National Engineering Manager, Applications Engineer / Operations Manager, and Applications & Technical Services Engineer, focusing on operational processes, engineering functions, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. Rishan's early experience includes a position as a Design Engineer at Westmead Hospital. Rishan holds a Master of Engineering Management from the University of Technology Sydney and dual bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science with a focus on Physics, Nanotechnology, and Psychology from the University of Sydney.
