Bill Howell serves as the Director of Development at The Goodman Group, LLC since March 2008, where responsibilities include creating new communities, redeveloping outdated sites, and managing significant projects such as a $75 million senior living community and a $35 million multi-family redevelopment. Prior experience encompasses roles such as operations manager for several care organizations and an executive director position at Sunrise Senior Living, among others. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy & Administration from The Pennsylvania State University, awarded in 1993. Notably, Bill Howell has received the Leadership and Management in Care Services Award and demonstrated extensive expertise in operations management within the health and residential care sectors.
