Mahmoud Raoufi, PE, PTOE is a seasoned Senior Traffic Engineer with extensive experience in traffic modeling and analysis across various projects in the United States and internationally. Currently employed at The Goodman Corporation since March 2022, notable contributions include transit demand modeling and traffic operations analysis for key projects involving partnership with MnDOT and the City of Las Cruces, NM. Prior roles include positions at WSP USA, New Jersey Institute of Technology, PTV Group, Tarahan Parseh Transportation Research Institute, Harkat e Paydar Consulting Engineer, Traffic Laboratory of Iran University of Science and Technology, and Hexa Company Ltd. Mahmoud holds a Master of Science in Transportation from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Transportation from Iran University of Science and Technology, complementing a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz.
