Reshmi Mehta has a diverse background in editorial work, community engagement, urban farming, and nonprofit management. Currently serving as the Editorial Associate and Community Engagement Manager at The Good Trade since October 2022, Reshmi produces quality content focused on sustainable practices in fashion and interior design. As an Urban Farmer with Old City Gardens since May 2022, Reshmi nurtures plants and engages with local food systems. Previously, Reshmi was a Strategic Initiatives Officer at GoodWeave International, managing fundraising efforts and grant workflows. Reshmi also founded Revel In It, a community organization for clothing swaps, and acted as a Strategic Advisor for Lady Farmer. Early career experiences include roles at USAID, IMTAS, Invisible Children Inc., and the U.S. Fund for UNICEF. Reshmi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and International Relations from Kent State University.
