Tam Tran has over 16 years of experience in marketing and customer management, currently serving as Media Manager at The Good Guys since August 2007, with previous roles including CRM Campaign Manager, Customer Care Manager, and Senior Campaign Coordinator. Prior to this, Tam Tran worked as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Total Beauty Network from February 2005 to August 2007. Tam Tran holds a Bachelor of Business degree with a specialization in Marketing from RMIT University, completed in December 2006.
