Michael Robb has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael began their career in 2004 at McDonald's, where they worked as an Assistant Manager for nearly a decade. In 2013, they transitioned to Origin Energy, where they held various roles, including Customer Resolutions and Customer Relations - Ombudsman Support. Michael then became a Coaching & Capability specialist and later a Social Media Specialist. In 2019, they joined Shopify as a Support Advisor before moving on to become a Social Care Specialist and eventually a Support Quality Assurance Specialist. Most recently, they have been working at The Good Guys as a Customer Experience Quality Assurance Lead since 2023.
Michael Robb attended Scoresby Secondary College from 2002 to 2007, completing Year 12 and receiving a VCE qualification.
