Alessio Cassone

Alessio Cassone is a skilled culinary professional with extensive experience in various high-end dining establishments. Currently serving as Chef de Partie at Benugo and The Good Eating Company since May 2021 and June 2019, respectively, Alessio specializes in the larder, sauce, and pastry sections while also managing events related to buffet, canapes, street food, and private meetings.
