Alessio Cassone is a skilled culinary professional with extensive experience in various high-end dining establishments. Currently serving as Chef de Partie at Benugo and The Good Eating Company since May 2021 and June 2019, respectively, Alessio specializes in the larder, sauce, and pastry sections while also managing events related to buffet, canapes, street food, and private meetings. Previous roles include Demi Chef de Partie at Gordon Ramsay Group and Chef de Partie at BaxterStorey and Oblix Restaurant, demonstrating a solid foundation in fine dining, à la carte menus, and catering services. Alessio’s culinary education was obtained at a hotel school in Italy, where a diploma in restaurant technical services was earned from 2006 to 2011.
