Kristin Loscher began their work experience as a Night Watch Supervisor at New Haven Residential Treatment Center in January 2010. Kristin held this position until April 2017. In January 2017, Kristin joined The Good and the Beautiful as an HR Manager. Kristin was later promoted to the role of Human Resources Director in February 2022, where they currently work.

Kristin Loscher obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Utah in 2005.
