Gilbert Cote has extensive experience in the golf and country club industry, currently serving as General Manager at The Golf Club of Amelia Island since January 2020. Prior to this role, Gilbert held similar positions as General Manager at The Club at 12 Oaks and Carrollwood Country Club. Gilbert began a successful career in management at MacGregor Downs Country Club, where responsibilities included Director of Food and Beverage and Executive Chef. Additionally, experience as Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director at Greenville Country Club and Sous Chef at Bermuda Run Country Club further contributed to culinary expertise. Education includes an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts from Orlando Culinary Academy, completed in 2004.
