Gail Phinney is an accomplished arts and culture writer currently contributing to The Golden State Company since September 2018. In addition to this role, Gail has served as the Community Engagement Director at the Palos Verdes Art Center since September 1997, overseeing educational and outreach programs. Furthermore, Gail has experience in academia, having worked as an Adjunct Professor of Arts and Media at Marymount California University from 2013 to December 2019, focusing on art history and arts and media methodology.
