Heather Fontaine obtained their High School Diploma from Attleboro High School in 2007. Heather then attended Framingham State University from 2007 to 2009, studying Business Administration and Management, General. Heather went on to receive their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration- Management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2013. In addition, Heather has obtained several certifications, including the HR Conference from ASE in March 2021, the Compensation & Benefits Conference from the Employers Association of the NorthEast in July 2018, and the Criticism & Discipline Skills for Managers Seminar from CareerTrack in 2016.
