Lindsey Lowy has a diverse work experience in the marketing and communications field. Lindsey started their career at Convoke Communications as an Account Manager in 1998 and worked there until 2003. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Senior Marketing Associate at Penguin Group (Canada). Lindsey then joined HarperCollins Canada as a Marketing Manager from 2005 to 2006 and later served as a Marketing Director from 2006 to 2007. Lindsey then worked as a Freelance Marketing and Communications Specialist from 2007 to 2008. Lindsey continued their marketing career at Penguin Group (Canada) as a Senior Manager of Marketing from 2008 to 2010 and eventually became the Senior Director of Marketing from 2010 to 2012. Since 2012, Lindsey has been working at The Globe and Mail, where they have held various roles including Marketing Manager of News and Features, Director of Consumer Marketing, and currently serves as the Senior Director of Consumer Marketing.
Lindsey Lowy has a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of King's College, which they obtained in 1995. In 2002, they completed a Book Publishing Certificate Program at Ryerson University. Lindsey also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Mount Allison University, which they earned in 1994. In 2017, Lindsey Lowy completed a Content Marketing University program at the Content Marketing Institute, receiving a Certificate of Completion. Currently, they are enrolled in the Digital Marketing Strategies program at Kellogg Executive Education, pursuing further education in the field.
