Rachel Reynolds is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and project management within nonprofit and political organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Consultant at The Global Fund for a New Economy since April 2024, Rachel previously held multiple leadership roles at the Obama Foundation, including Director of Strategy and Operations, where responsibilities included executing the Chicago Strategic Plan. Additionally, Rachel has significant experience in managing national operations for Enroll America as National Operations Director, focusing on maximizing health insurance enrollment. Other past roles include Deputy National Operations Director and State Operations Manager at Enroll America, and Regional GOTV Lead for Obama for America. Rachel began their career as a Data Analyst at DPI Specialty Foods while pursuing education at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where Rachel is currently earning an MBA.
