Nirmal Shaju is a managerial professional with extensive experience in scalable solutions, currently serving as the Manager at The Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet since April 2024. Prior to this role, Nirmal held various positions at Deloitte from July 2018 to April 2024, including Manager, Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Analyst. Nirmal gained early industry experience through internships at Otis Elevator Co. and 3M in 2016 and 2017, respectively. Nirmal holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Engineering Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, completed in 2018, and has a strong educational foundation from National Public School and St. Joseph's Boys' High School.
