Rashmika V has an extensive background in development studies and engineering, holding a Master's degree in Development Studies with a focus on Rural Development from the National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering. Currently serving as a member of the Values 20 India Team since October 2022, Rashmika also holds multiple Senior Associate positions with The Global Education & Leadership Foundation, Entrepreneurship Sports Generation, and Entrepreneurship World Cup - ASEAN since October 2021. Previous experience includes a role as a Young Professional at Gujarat Livelihood Promotion Company Ltd from August 2020 to October 2021, and internship experience in project management at tGELF earlier in 2020. Prior to this, Rashmika worked at Capgemini India Private Limited as a Senior Software Engineer from July 2016 to June 2018.
