Salama Elkenawy has extensive experience in customer service and operational support, currently serving as an Operations Team Member and Customer Service Representative at The Giving Movement since November 2021. Prior to this role, Salama worked as a Customer Service Representative at Namshi.com from October 2019 to November 2020, and as Technical Customer Service Support at Al-Naya from October 2015 to September 2019. Salama holds a degree from Al Ghurair University, attended between 2015 and 2020, and completed high school at Al Safa School from 2012 to 2014.
