Chris Frankovich, MBA, CLSSBB, CMQ/OE, currently serves as Sr. Advisor of Process Improvement at The Gideons International since November 2022. Previous experience includes leadership roles such as Director of Operations at Springfield Clinic's Eye Institute, overseeing operations in the DMH Medical Group, and managing Lean Integration and Performance Improvement at Northwestern Medicine KishHealth. Chris has a strong background in organizational management, process improvement, and revenue cycle management, contributing to significant financial gains and employee engagement. An alumnus of Western Illinois University with an MBA and Bachelor's in Financial Management, also has educational credentials from Northern Illinois University and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.
