From providing technical support to hospital and systems users to developing and implementing processes for application operational controls, Kervin has worked on a range of tasks including imaging laptops, installing software, and monitoring computer performance. With a Master's degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Kervin brings a strong technical skill set to their role as an Ancillary Applications Engineer at The GW Medical Faculty Associates.
