Mike Pearce is currently serving as the Director of Regional Human Resources at The GEO Group, Inc. Prior to their current role, Mike held various positions including Facility Administrator and Warden at the Federal Bureau of Prisons for over 25 years. Pearce holds a BA in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an AA in Criminal Justice from Allegany College of Maryland.
