Christopher Ryan has over three decades of experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at The GEO Group, Inc. since July 2011. Ryan's career at The GEO Group includes previous roles such as Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Employee and Labor Relations. Prior to this, Ryan held the position of Regional Director of Human Resources at Southern Wine & Spirits and served as Human Resources Manager at FPL. Ryan's early career included significant roles at American Airlines, including Managing Principal of Employee Relations and Regional Manager of Human Resources. Ryan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health Services from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, graduating in 1984.
