Nicholas Gee is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in criminal justice and community services. Currently serving as the Coordinator and Acting Team Leader for Assessment and Reintegration at The GEO Group Australia, Nicholas provides leadership and mentorship to the Assessment and Reintegration Specialist Team. As a Co-Founder of Rainbow Pathways, Nicholas supports the LGBTQ+ community involved in the criminal justice system. Previously, Nicholas held the position of Reintegration Officer at The GEO Group, Inc., engaging with clients in secure environments. Nicholas's background includes roles as a Youth Worker at UnitingCare Community and various educational positions at Griffith University and TAFE Queensland. Nicholas holds a Graduate Certificate in Forensic Assessment and Risk Management from Swinburne University and a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice from Griffith University.
