Natalie Greenfield is an accomplished management professional with extensive experience in the correctional services sector. Currently serving as General Manager at The GEO Group Australia since October 2019, Natalie previously held multiple leadership roles at Corrective Services NSW from 2000 to 2019, including Manager of Security at the High Risk Management Correctional Centre and Acting General Manager of the Operational Performance Review Branch. Natalie’s expertise focuses on operational management, security oversight, compliance, and performance evaluation of correctional facilities. Educational credentials include a Credential Practitioner Coaching from The Coaching Institute, a Graduate Certificate in Applied Management from the Australian Institute of Police Management, and an Advanced Diploma in Leadership & Management from Western Sydney University, currently in progress.
