Kara O'Dempsey is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, consulting, and brand strategy. Currently serving as General Manager at The Geneva Inn and The Grandview Restaurant and Lounge since March 2018, Kara also co-founded Wise Apple in January 2016, a service that offers chef-inspired, custom lunches directly to families. Previous roles include Process Consultant at SGK, where responsibilities involved mapping business processes for ERP implementations, and Brand Consultant at Brandimage Design, providing strategic insights to major consumer goods clients. Additional experience includes positions as an Account Executive at Paradise Advertising and Marketing and as an Account Manager at Schawk!, where Kara managed packaging artwork for prominent brands. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Journalism from DePaul University and a Bachelor’s degree in English from The University of Texas at Austin.
