John Sharp is an experienced Test/QA Engineer and Scrum Master currently employed at The GBS Group since June 2021, with prior experience in similar roles at Life Cycle Engineering and Vertex Inc., where John honed skills in manual and automated testing, verification, and agile methodologies. John Sharp co-founded the Seger Park Tennis Club in Philadelphia, serving as Administrator, Webmaster, and Treasurer, actively promoting tennis in the community. With a background in software testing and development dating back to 1983, including a directorial role at Thomson Financial, John Sharp has built and managed teams while ensuring high retention rates. John Sharp's educational background includes a BA in Computer Science from La Salle University and an Associate's degree in Computer Data Processing from Peirce Junior College.
