Omer Sharif has a diverse background in human resources and operations management, currently serving as Campus Manager at NeXskill - Be Productive since August 2024, and previously holding the position of Head of Human Resources at The Gaminators Group since November 2021. Omer's expertise includes managing HR operations at Argon Tech Inc as Human Resources Operations Manager, and leading the operations at Auj Group HR. Earlier roles also include Business Development Manager at Hi Tech Systems International and HR and Operations Manager at OZI Technology Group. Omer's career began at McDonald's Pakistan, where Omer advanced to the role of Restaurant Manager over several years. Omer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce from Hailey College of Commerce, University of the Punjab.
