Jenny Fielding is a General Partner at The Fund, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, they spent 7.5 years as Managing Director at Techstars, where they invested in and nurtured cohorts of startups. Jenny is a top performing MD, having invested in 3 unicorns with a total portfolio market cap of over $8 Billion. Her areas of focus are fintech, health and future of work.

From January 2011 to June 2014, Jenny was Head of Digital Ventures at BBC, where they helped to formulate a new global division to invest in and partner with strategically aligned early stage companies. Jenny also founded BBC Labs, a corporate Accelerator for digital media tech companies. Investments and Board Observer positions in Viki (acquired by Rakuten) and Spaceport (acquired by Facebook).

Jenny Fielding is also the Founder & President of Switch-Mobile, a position they have held since March 2005. Switch-Mobile is a mobile software company that provides mobile solutions for businesses of all sizes.

From October 2003 to February 2005, Jenny was an Associate at JP Morgan Chase.
