Joe Duncan has over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and management within the retail sector, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at The Fresh Market since June 2009. Throughout a successful career at The Fresh Market, Joe has held various roles including Regional Talent Manager, Talent Acquisition Recruiter-Field Management, New Store Coordinator, Store Manager, and Assistant Store Manager. Prior to joining The Fresh Market, Joe worked at Caterpillar Inc. as a Specialist for nearly a year and spent three years at Target as an Executive Team Leader. Joe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Southwestern Illinois College.
