Darryl N. Williams has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Darryl N.'smost recent position was as the Senior Vice President of Science and Education at The Franklin Institute, where they led all aspects of science and education, including programming, content development, and research. Prior to that, they served as the Dean of Undergraduate Education at Tufts University and held positions as the Associate Dean and Director of the Center for STEM Diversity. Williams also worked at the National Science Foundation as a Program Director, managing the Innovative Technology Experiences for Students and Teachers program. Darryl N. has experience in developing and implementing strategies to improve STEM programs as a founder and principal consultant at STEM Technologies. Moreover, they have held positions at iPRAXIS, Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, The National GEM Consortium, and Sandia National Laboratories.

Darryl N. Williams obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Hampton University in the period of 1994 to 1999. Darryl N. then pursued further academic achievements by attaining their Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Nano/Bio at the University of Maryland from 1999 to 2004.
