John Pogas is an accomplished professional with a strong background in marketing and business management. Currently serving as President of ICXC Group, Inc. since August 2013, John leads a private holding company that operates multiple territories for Monster Tree Service in the Mid-Atlantic region. Additionally, John is a Consultant at The Franchise Consulting Company since April 2022. Formerly, John held significant roles at Aon from May 1997 to May 2013, first as VP of Interactive Marketing for Aon Affinity Worldwide and later as VP of e-commerce, where strategic marketing and complex relationship management were key responsibilities. Earlier career experiences include roles at Day-Timers, Inc. as Product Manager and Keyboard Publishing as Account Executive.
