Jo Anne Schwendinger is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at Sonali Bioplastics and Founder/CEO of Clear Strategy Co., Schwendinger also contributes as a volunteer Board Member and Secretary for the Goldman Institute for Social Research and as an Advisory Board Member for the University of Pittsburgh School of Law Center for International Legal Education. Previously, Schwendinger held key leadership roles, including Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at II-VI Incorporated and AGC Information Management at Deere & Company. Schwendinger's academic credentials include a JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and degrees in literature from French universities.
