Jennifer Burdman is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and technology law. Currently serving as VP, Chief Counsel - Technology & Therapeutics, Chief IP Officer, and Deputy General Counsel at Valo since March 2021, Jennifer also holds a membership position at Chief since November 2023 and is a Beta User for The Fourth Effect, a board marketplace focused on women board candidates. Prior roles include Chief Intellectual Property Officer and Deputy General Counsel at PolarityTE, Partner at King & Spalding, and Counsel at Crowell & Moring LLP. Jennifer began their legal career as an Attorney at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, and as a Patent Agent at Cooper & Dunham LLP. Jennifer holds an AB in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Dartmouth College and a JD from Fordham University School of Law.
