Aleah Lontakos is a Human Resources Specialist with extensive experience at The Fountain Group since January 2012, focusing on benefits roll-out and enrollment, troubleshooting, reconciliation, and ACA reporting. Prior to this role, Aleah served as an HR Assistant, performing various HR tasks including benefits administration and off-boarding. Aleah's professional background includes positions as an Administrative Assistant at Nielsen from March 2005 to June 2011, where responsibilities included supporting training and quality monitoring departments and managing documentation and performance tracking. Aleah holds an Associate's Degree in Business Management from St. Petersburg College and is currently pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Technology, and Business at the University of South Florida.
