Joseph Barrios currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at The Fortez Group, a role begun in October 2023. Prior to this position, Joseph held various roles at Fiduciary Trust Company International from September 2017 to 2023, including Senior Associate in Business Development and Business Development Associate. Joseph's early career includes experience as a Data Solutions Intern at LUX Fund Technology & Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities included daily reconciliation of FX Forward positions and analysis of P&L reports during the implementation of Geneva financial software. In addition, Joseph founded and served as Treasurer for the Theta Gamma Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity, overseeing the organization's finances and maintaining its non-profit status. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University at Buffalo, graduated in 2017, and completed secondary education at Long Island Lutheran High School from 2009 to 2013.
