Alexis Banasiak currently serves as the Assistant Guest Experience Manager at The Forge: Lemont Quarries since August 2021. Prior to this role, Alexis worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Senior Star Management Company, where responsibilities included customer service, record-keeping, and administrative support. Alexis has an extensive background within the Boy Scouts of America, having held positions such as Program Executive and Backcountry Program Counselor, focusing on program development and outdoor activities. Experience also includes leadership and coordination roles at various camps and recreational organizations, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Parks Administration from Illinois State University.
