Delbert Mear III is a Project Manager at Entrepreneurs' Organization since June 2021, where orchestration and communication with entrepreneurs for EO events are key responsibilities, alongside attending learning events for networking and knowledge enhancement. As a contributing writer for The Fordham Observer, Delbert writes and edits news-related articles. Delbert co-founded and serves as Vice President of Bulid2Learn, successfully raising over $12,000 to establish a library in Sumba, Indonesia, while collaborating with local NGOs to enhance educational infrastructure. Experience also includes a role as a Sales Employee for the New York Football Giants, facilitating merchandise distribution and fostering a welcoming environment for fans.
