Christa T. is a Human Resources Intern at LB Foster, supporting talent management and HRIS projects, and assisting with the Learning Management System configuration. As a Contributing Writer for The Fordham Observer, Christa produces well-researched content and manages writing schedules. Christa also serves as a Disk Jockey at Wavelengths At Lincoln Center, curating music lists, and works as a University Ambassador for Lincoln Center Society, providing campus tours and participating in events. Previous experience includes a Sales Operations Analyst Intern position at ScyllaDB, where Christa analyzed market data and developed reports, and a Human Resources internship at GE Aerospace, focusing on HR tools, feedback, Lean Methodology, and compensation recommendations. Christa is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Fordham University, expected to graduate in December 2024, following a high school diploma from Ramstein American High School.
