Esther Xiang serves as the College Guidance Coordinator at Leadership Enterprise for a Diverse America, where responsibilities include facilitating college guidance classes, supporting scholars in college application processes, and maintaining communication with college counselors. As a Program Marshal at Harvard University and a YouTube Creator for the channel SmileyEssie, Esther engages audiences with mentorship content related to college applications, amassing over 37,000 subscribers.
