Joel Albelo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in horticulture and fire protection services. Currently working as a Harvest Technician at The Flowery since April 2023, Joel specializes in the harvesting, trimming, drying, and curing of flowers. Previously, at Curaleaf from August 2020 to April 2023, Joel served as a Fertigation Supervisor, overseeing the care and management of 33,000 outdoor plants in South Florida, and creating fertilizer recipes for various growth stages. Earlier roles include Lead Fertigation Technician and Fire Alarm Inspector/Service Manager, where responsibilities ranged from inspecting and servicing fire alarm systems to project coordination. Joel's technical expertise is further complemented by experience as a Fire Sprinkler/Fire Alarm Technician and Assistant Electrician. Additionally, Joel served as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps from July 2012 to November 2015, focusing on aviation ordinance repair.
