Kirsten Litchford currently serves as the Chapter & Education Manager for the Florida Assisted Living Association since March 2022. Previously, Kirsten worked as a Public Policy Intern at Disability Rights Florida, co-managing social media for the “PASCO” coalition and analyzing legislation related to elder and disability rights. As a Graduate Assistant at The Center for Leadership and Social Change, Florida State University, Kirsten instructed undergraduate students and led development seminars on social issues. Additional experience includes interning at the Tallahassee Senior Center, coordinating afterschool and summer meal programs with AmeriCorps VISTA, and serving as a Rural Aquaculture Promotion Agent with the Peace Corps. Kirsten holds a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Social Work from Florida State University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship from George Fox University.
