Chris Kokkinos serves as the Head of Imaging Technologies and Lead Research Radiographer at The Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health since March 2023. Prior to this, Chris held the position of Operations Manager at Sonic Healthcare, overseeing imaging department operations at Epworth Medical Imaging from May 2018 to March 2023. Chris's extensive involvement in professional organizations includes serving as Executive Member and Past President of the International Society for MR Radiographers & Technologists and as a member of the Board of Trustees for the International Society of Magnetic Resonance in Medicine. With a strong background in MRI services management, Chris has contributed to the growth and establishment of imaging services across various hospitals, beginning as a Medical Imaging Technologist in 1995. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Leadership and Management from Swinburne University, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology from RMIT University, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Magnetic Resonance Imaging from British Columbia Institute of Technology.
