Cynthia Wait currently serves as the Application & Operations Manager at The First National Bank in Sioux Falls, where responsibilities include managing iSeries and Salesforce administration, as well as providing application support for various systems. Prior experience includes serving as an ERP Analyst at Sabre Industries, Inc., where Crystal Reports were developed and support was provided for the Epicor Vantage ERP System, and managing IT staff for JD Edwards ERP systems at Gateway. Cynthia has also held roles as a Principal Consultant at Keane, Inc. and as a Programmer/Analyst at Gateway, Arizona Electric Power Cooperative, Truly Nolen of America, and Campbell's Soup Co. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Software Development from Bellevue University and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Tucson College of Business.
