Angela Woolridge is an experienced professional in talent development and instructional design, currently serving as the Talent Development Manager at The First National Bank in Sioux Falls since July 2014, where responsibilities include designing curriculums and programs for employee growth. Prior to this role, Angela worked as an Instructional Designer at Good Samaritan Society from August 2012 to July 2014, collaborating with subject matter experts to create curricula and supporting the Innovation department in developing design thinking skills. Additionally, Angela held the position of Director of Training and Development at Meta Payment Systems from June 2007 to August 2012, overseeing training initiatives and managing performance and learning management systems. Angela earned a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Iowa between 1990 and 1994.
