Reda Mechiche Alami, MBA has a diverse range of experience in the hospitality and real estate industries. Currently, they serve as the Director of Asset Management at The First Group, a global property developer based in Dubai. In this role, Reda is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of upscale hotels, residential properties, offices, and F&B outlets.

Prior to joining The First Group, Reda worked as the Director of Asset Management - Global Hospitality at Drees & Sommer, a leading European consulting and project management enterprise. During their time there, they were responsible for project delivery, quality control, business development, research papers, and strategic direction.

Before that, Reda held various positions at Colliers International MENA, where they served as a Senior Asset Manager MENA and an Asset Manager MENA. At Colliers, they were responsible for supervising and optimizing the operating performance of a hotel portfolio, as well as conducting research and studies for ad-hoc projects.

Reda also gained valuable experience at CDG Capital Real Estate, where they worked as an Asset Manager, overseeing a portfolio of hotels for the government pension fund of Morocco. Reda collaborated with operators to ensure asset performance and investment optimization. Additionally, they worked as a Business Analyst in the Investment Management team at CDG Capital Real Estate.

Early in their career, Reda worked in hospitality operations at D&D London and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., where they held various management-level positions in food and beverage management.
