Preeti Bahuguna has extensive work experience in the field of human resources, particularly in the hospitality industry. Preeti currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources- Hospitality at The First Group since September 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of HR- HR Manager at Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort from October 2020 to August 2021. Before that, Preeti worked as the Cluster Associate Director of HR at Jumeirah at Etihad Towers and Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort from July 2018 to October 2020. Preeti gained experience as the Associate Director of Human Resources and later as the Human Resources Manager at Jumeirah at Etihad Towers from May 2016 to July 2018 and from March 2013 to April 2016, respectively. Preeti also worked as the Business Excellence Manager at Jumeirah from June 2011 to February 2013. Prior to joining Jumeirah, they held the role of Training & Quality Manager at Anantara Qasr Al Sarab Resort & Spa and Anantara Deserts Islands Resort & Spa from May 2009 to June 2011. Preeti's earlier experience includes serving as the Training Manager/6 Sigma Green Belt at Le Royal Meridien Abu Dhabi from May 2006 to April 2009, as the Training Manager at Le Meridien Singapore from May 2005 to April 2006, as the Training Manager at Le Meridien Khao Lak, Thailand from September 2004 to December 2004, and as the Assistant Training Manager & Training Coordinator at Le Meridien Abu Dhabi from April 2002 to August 2004.

Preeti Bahuguna completed their education from multiple institutions. From 1996 to 1999, they attended the Institute of Hotel Management, where they obtained a Diploma in Hotel Management with a focus on Hotel Operations and Administration. Following this, they enrolled at Delhi University from 1997 to 2000 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Finally, Preeti pursued higher education at the University of Leicester from 2007 to 2013, graduating with an MBA degree specializing in Total Quality Management.
