Mohamed Bashir began their work experience in 2013 at Dubai Holding, where they served as a Security Specialist until March 2019. In April 2019, they joined The First Group as a Security Manager, specializing in Security & Risk Assessment.

Mohamed Bashir attended Emirates Aviation University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Higher National Diploma in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering.

In terms of additional certifications, Mohamed obtained a Security Manager Training Course certification from the Security Industry Regulatory Agency - SIRA - GOVERMENT OF DUBAI in February 2018. Mohamed also acquired a Security Manager License from the Security Industry Regulatory Agency - SIRA in August 2021.

Furthermore, Mohamed has obtained several certifications in the field of cyber security. Mohamed received a Certificate in Cyber Security from Aafaq Centre For Human Resources Training & Development in August 2022, a Professional Diploma in Fifth (5th) Generation Cyber Security from Afaq Al Mustaqbal Training in August 2022, and a Professional Diploma in Cyber Security from Cambridge Training College Britain in September 2022.

Additionally, Mohamed has an International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from The National Examination Board In Occupational Safety and Health - NEBOSH, which they obtained in December 2021.
