Joshua Dela Rosa has a diverse background in IT, with experience in network engineering and IT specialization. Joshua began their career at Fujitsu Global in 2010, where they worked as a Network Engineer. In this role, they handled the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of various Cisco network equipment for the Philippine Long Distance Telephone (PLDT) nationwide network. Joshua also implemented and administered F5 BIG-IP LTM equipment for load balancing and firewall technology on the PLDT/Smart Telecommunications network. Joshua then joined Century Financial in 2015 as an IT Network Engineer, responsible for network engineering tasks. Joshua worked in this position until 2018 when they joined The First Group as an IT Specialist.

Joshua Dela Rosa completed their Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Saint Louis University - Baguio City from 2006 to 2010. In addition, they obtained several certifications from Cisco Systems Inc., including the Cisco Certified Network Associate - Security in March 2015, the Cisco Certified Network Associate - wireless (CCNA - wireless) in September 2013, and the Cisco Certified Network Associate in June 2013.
